RETURN POLICY – CeKe Ltd

At the house of CeKe IrelandWe are committed to providing you with quality products. If, despite our best efforts, you wish to return an item, please note the following conditions:
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.
2. Return conditions
Returned items must:
- Be not worn, unwashed and in perfect condition
- To be sent back to their original packaging,
- To be accompanied by completed return form (see below).
Any returned item damaged, incomplete or soiled cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Reimbursement terms - Upon receipt and validation of the return, we will proceed to
refund of the amount of the items within a period of
14 days.
- The refund will be made via the
same payment method than the one used at the time of purchase.
- THE
return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- the product is
defective, Or
- a
preparation error An order was detected.

5. Defective product or order error
In case of damaged product or order error:
- Contact us by email within the 48 hours after receipt.
- Join a photo of the product in question.
- A prepaid return label will be sent to you if the return is validated.
